Hubby bought this for me yesterday. Was supposed to be for xmas but I couldn't wait! LOL. I told him it had to be green. :)
I am so happy with it, it looks even better than it does in the picture above. As said in other reviews here - It's not a sickly green, it's gorgeous! I also like having this colour DS as it is unusual, and different.

As for the DS as a hand held games console. It's great. I wanted it as I don't like the big consoles. Been there done that, and I feel past that now lol. But with the DS I can put it in my handbag and take it out with me and play in the car or if I'm in a waiting room at the docs etc. It's ideal if you don't mind the small screen and like Nintendo games etc.
It's a console for all ages, with a high range of games for all ages.

ok, so when it comes to the colour green i go OTT but this is amazing! ignore the picture, it's not that green at all really.... it's more bright, shiny and amazing! Oh, and the actual DS as a console is absolutely awesome too! :D

The colour in the picture above makes it look like a pea green but its not its illuminous green and its amazing. I had the old style DS and the DS Lites are sooo much better they're smaller, lighter and the screen is soo much brighter and the sound is much better. Deffinately recommend to new customers to the DS and even old ones. I traded my old DS in at game and a game along with that and got £40 off my new one!
